Over 30 years of work, Ms Gandhi has advised clients in the fields of banking and financial services with a focus on tax advisory, tax audits and direct tax litigations. She also specialises in advisory and assurance for Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs), corporate advisory, succession planning and family arrangements.

Ms Desai has over 28 years of experience. Her areas of practice include corporate advisory, mergers and acquisitions — advisory and valuations, direct tax advisory, succession planning and family arrangements.

Mr Doshi has over 22 years of experience in corporate tax and international tax advisory, direct tax litigation and tax and transfer pricing audits.

Mr. Karra has over 47 years of experience in the areas of audit and assurance, corporate advisory, direct tax litigation, international taxation and FEMA. He has considerable knowledge in the field of sports management, both at a macro and micro level.

Mr. Sundar has over 44 years of experience. His areas of practice include advisory services in the fields of corporate, direct tax and investment. He also specializes in audit and assurance services.

Mrs. Raji has worked as a CFO for 19 years in the information technology industry. Later joined the practice and over past17 years of practice, Mrs. Raji has acquired expertise in the fields of audit and assurance – especially bank audits and has first-hand knowledge of consolidation of subsidiary companies and corporate advisory services.

Mr. Lade is a chartered accountant with over 6 years of experience in the field of audit and assurance, corporate and tax advisory services. He also specializes in startup consultancy services.

With five 5 of post-qualification experience, Mr. Reddy has gained experience in the fields of audit and assurance, finance consultancy services and corporate advisory.
